What does minimal tracking mean?
Free shows identified participants’ access to the course. Material-level activity details start with Solo; Team and Organization add advanced reports. Free lets you try the essential workflow with a limited allowance.
How many users and courses can I manage?
Free includes 1 reusable course and 3 distributions per month. Solo allows up to 10 different reusable courses and 90 distributions per month. If you deliver each of 3 courses 10 times a month, you use 3 course slots and 30 distributions. Team allows up to 50 courses and 200 monthly distributions; Organization allows up to 200 courses and unlimited distributions. All courses are reusable. User allowances are defined in the proposal.
What is tracked?
Free shows identified participants’ course access. From Solo onwards, you can view access and material activity logs with dates. Team and Organization include advanced reports. The events tracked for each content type are specified during setup: opening a resource does not, by itself, prove it was read in full or that learning took place.
How are privacy and personal data handled?
Identified participant tracking involves processing personal data. Before activation, roles, privacy notices, access permissions and retention periods need to be established for your context. These are defined with Superlearn in the proposal and service setup.
How much storage do I get?
Free includes 10 MB, Solo 1 GB, Team 5 GB and Organization 50 GB for materials. Storage measures hosted files, not how often they are opened. Contact Superlearn if you need more; individual file limits are checked in the proposal.
Can I distribute videos too?
If your courses include videos, tell us how many, their length and file sizes. Delivery methods, storage needs and available tracking are checked in the proposal. No commitment to streaming or full-viewing measurement is made here.
Can I use my own branding?
Free and Solo use Teachflow branding. Team lets you add your logo; Organization lets you customise the logo and colours. The exact scope of customisation is stated in the proposal.
What support do I get?
Free and Solo do not include dedicated support. Team includes basic support; Organization includes premium support and tailored initial setup. Support channels, timing and scope are specified in the proposal; response times are not guaranteed unless agreed.
What does tailored setup mean?
For Organization, Superlearn agrees the initial settings of your space with you, based on your organisation and how you deliver courses. The included work is described in the proposal; it does not imply developing new features.
How does the one-month saving work?
Free stays free. For paid plans, the yearly price equals 11 monthly payments, with access for 12 months: Solo costs €9/month or €99/year, Team €45/month or €495/year, and Organization €200/month or €2,200/year. Distribution allowances remain monthly.
Does tracking count as certification?
Recorded activity helps document access to learning materials. It does not automatically certify learning, provide attendance evidence valid under every regulation, or guarantee compliance in a quality audit.
